We have a universal 2 year warranty on all remotes and 3 year warranty on all door openers because we believe in the quality of product you are holding in your hands.
Any claim under this warranty must be made within two calendar years from the date of purchase for remotes or 3 years from date of purchase for door openers. To make a claim under warranty, take the products (with proof of purchase) to the store where you purchased the product or contact Sales Net Group Pty Ltd.
Sales Net Group will either provide a refund or replacement of the returned item under this warranty. You are entitled to replacement or refund for a major failure resulting from reasonable and correct usage. You may submit details and proof of your claim to Sales Net Group for consideration.
The warranty is provided in addition to other rights and remedies you may have under law: our goods come with guarantees which cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
