The Liftaway LA233 has been designed to be compatible with the Merlin garage door openers made between 1994 and 2001 utilising dip switch coding, as well as the Merlin M802 remote.
Designed with security in mind, our code hopping radio technology randomly selects a unique code from nearly 4.3 billion possible codes each time it is used to prevent unauthorised operation. The unit has an operating range of between 20m – 60m, depending on the environment and an open field range up to 100m.
The Liftaway LA233 has been designed to be convenient and functional with a slimline design that incorporates large, easy to use buttons with a convenient key ring attachment. It has also been designed to be durable with a hard wearing outer shell that offers both shock and splash protection.
